Meditation 1: Live It Well

Today's post is in the form of a meditation.  By meditation, I don't necessarily mean lighting incense and ohm-ing. 

Meditation can be something as simple as reflecting on your life, your choices, your actions. Meditation can be a tool to calm your mind, work out a tough problem, or contemplate life.  Meditation ensures that you do not live passively; meditation helps you be an active participant by being fully mindful and present in your life choices. Checking in with yourself in this way contributes joy to your entire family as a ripple after effect.

What is your story?

How? How can you burn brighter than the dawn? What does that mean? To live with passion? Do you live with passion or are you just ebbing along with the current? 

Act
What is one thing today that you do that will concretely make your life (and those around you) better? Do that thing, and do it well.
