I absolutely love your tips for making New Years resolutions something we can accomplish. My fave is the idea to get a journal... for me writing things down helps me stick to my goals...

This year I'm putting everything on a to-do list app to keep me motivated to do all the things ... keeping up with the house, organized our family schedule, and started my 2 year old on a home preschool schedule of sorts ... just to make sure we stay active. I got organized before the new year hit, so we're in full swing (aside from today with my daughter off school ... because that through a loop in the plans LOL).
